Le Consortium Breton, a monthly magazine, was the initiative of a young entrepreneur from Plouguer, Jean de Saisy de Keranpuil, who wanted to link economic renewal of Brittany and regionalist movement. François Jaffrennou took on the management of it from February 1927 to July 1928.( 18 issues were published).
