L'Hermine :

The magzine 'L’Hermine' was founded in October 1890, by Louis Tiercelin, who directed it for 22 years. The French language litterary magazine « L'Hermine, revue littéraire et artistique », was created by the poet Louis Tiercelin, with the support of the musician Guy Ropartz, and played a large role, according to Anatole Le Braz, in the birth of the Breton regionalist movement which came to light in 1898 with the founding of ' l'Union régionaliste bretonne'.
