The Historical Society was born on May 5, 1981 at the instigation of Yves Bellancourt with the help of a dozen enthusiasts, Marcel Kervran, Alain Pennec, Alain Péron, Anne Brillet… Objectives: To defend the historical heritage in all its aspects shapes. Publicize the history of Quimperlé and its region Provide support for anything that contributes to highlighting the heritage of Quimperlois.
