The Breton bell-tower, is a bilingual monthly litterary magazine - 'Kloc'hdi Breiz' in Breton - which was created in Lorient in July 1895 by the poet Florentine Monier ( Madeleine Desroseaux was her pseudonym in literature) and her husband Andre Degoul (Renan Saib was his pseudonym). From 1914 the magazine had difficulties pursuing its activities, a large number of of its subscribers were called up to the front lines. The last issue number (242) was released in August 1915.
