Thuillier Fabrine

Fabrine Thuillier, was in charge of research and supervisor at the Jules Verne University of Picardie.

Author of the thesis: 'Le Conseil de l'Europe et le droit des peuples à disposer d'eux-même'.

She did her thesis for her Doctorate in Public Law under Dominique Rosenberg, and obtained it in 2000 in Tours. This research was done to shed some light on a section of history pertaining to contemporary international law, the principle of the right of a people to rule themselves.
