
(1895-1981)He was a Breton activist and, after the 1st World War, became a Federalist and pacifist.
He was a candidate for the Breton autonomist Party (PAB) in the Legislative elections of August 1931. The PAB split in two. He was then one of the founders of the Federalist League of Brittany and became it's president.
In 1934, he joined the Breton Federalist movement.
