Larguillière René

René Largillière (René-Henri-Vital Largillière on the register) was born on 9th September 1891 in Beauvais (Bro C'hall). He died on 30th September 1926 at the age of 35. This premature death (probably caused by a generalised tuberculosis) is quoted by Joseph Loth as being 'an irreplaceable loss for the study of Brittany's religious history'. His notes can be found in the library of the Rennes Faculty, in accordance with his wishes.
