
Jean-Louis Henry was a farmer and apiculturist, born on 3rd November 1861 in Loqueffret and died on 27th February 1941 in Lennon. He was a town councillor for Lennon in 1892 and Mayor in 1919. He was Deputy for Finistère from 1924 to 1928, with a seat on the committee of 'l'Union Républicaine Démocratique'.
He was the editor of a handbook on apiculture in the Breton language: 'Ar gwenan, penos tenna diganto o mel heb o distruja'.
