Francis Gourvil, known as Fanch Gourvil (or Barr-Ilio), was a Breton writer, polygraphe and linguist, specialising in Celtic literature. Born on 5th July 1889 in Morlaix, he died on 19th July 1984 in Villeneuve-saint-Georges.
