Godest Julien

Julien Godest, born in Calanhel in 1849 and died in 1932 in Callac, was a farmer who delivered his milk to Callac. This collection of songs was funded by Théodore Botrel who wrote in the preface: 'To the last of our country bards, let us be charitable and gentle, as it is the soul of our ancestors that sings from the heart of their bagpipes!..'
