Delourmel Louis

A native of Rennes in 1873, Louis Delourmel, after having fulfilled his military obligations, became, in 1895, a deputy archivist of the department of Ille-et-Vilaine. In 1899, learning that the position of archivist of the city of Brest became vacant following the resignation of Dr. Corre, he requested and won this succession.
