
Ronan Caerleon, Ronan Caoussin's pseudonym, a political writer, novelist and Breton autonomist, was born on 22nd July 1914 in Pleiber-Krist and died on 12th February 1986: lies in the cemetery of Dreneg (Drennec).
He organised, with his brother Herri Caouissin, the 'Ololé' newspaper for young people and its publications. With Herri he created a Breton film industry: Brittia-films. In Drennec, he created a 'Celtic workshop' where he worked on ceramics with Breton and Celtic themes.
