Conen de Saint-Luc Toussaint

Toussaint-François-Joseph Conen of Saint-Luc is a Breton religious, born on July 17, 1734 in Rennes. Appointed abbot of the Abbey of Langonnet in 1767, he became the last bishop of Cornwall from 1773 to 1790. He died in Quimper on September 30, 1790.
