Abbé Joseph-Marie Le Bayon known as Job Er Glean (Born in Pluvigner, Morbihan on 12th April 1876 - died in Colpo on 26th September 1935) was a Breton playwright.
An ardent defender of the Breton language, when still a child he set up his first theatre group in the Breton language. Ordained priest in 1901, he continued to keep the Breton language alive through religious plays for the theatre in that language.
