
Henri Francois de La Germondaye, or Pothier de La Germondaye, born on 4th May 1729 in Dinan, deceased on 12th February 1797 in Rennes, was a magistrate and jury consul.
He is particularly known for his legal works on ecclesiastical institutions, the administration of parishes, customary laws and the jurisprudence of the Parliament of Brittany.
