Hilarion de Keratry Émile

Emile Marie Hilarion, Count of Keratry, 1832-1904, was in the army and was a politician. Appointed Brigadier General by Gambetta, he lead the army in Brittany, but the suspicious French government left that section of the army aside, with no arms and in a disastrous sanitary condition at the Camp de Conlie.
