Louis Napoléon Le Roux (1890-1944) was a founder member of the 'Parti Nationaliste Breton' in October 1911. He always signed Louis Le Roux, in order to draw attention away from the 'Napoleon' in his name.

He is the French translator of J.Ramsay Mac Donald's works. He wrote the first biography of Patrick Pearse, and was personal secretary to the British Prime Minister Harold Mac Millan. He was killed in the bombings of London during the second World War.
