'Peuples et frontières' (People and borders), was a regionalist monthly magazine, published between 1937 and 1939 (25 issues). Yann Fouéré managed it, and abbé Jean Marie Gantois was responsible for the Flemish columns, Hermann Bicler for the columns on Alsace and Petru Rocca for those on Corsica.
