Le Huchoèr - N°14

The Huchoèr (the megaphone in Welsh language). It deals with current and substantive issues from the anarcho-independence perspective. The newspaper, published quarterly, is written in Breton, Gallo and French. The first issue was published in 2001 and the 25th issue was released in July 2009.
