Born in 1963 in Senegal and although he always presented himself as Breton, it was the meeting with his professor of terminal philosophy that made him integrate the Emsav in an active way.
Before going into exile for professional reasons, he returned to Brittany in 1989 and joined the office of Kelc’h Sevenadurel Gwened (KSG). He remained on the board until 2003.
In 1990, alongside Yannig BARON, he participated in the creation of DIHUN and in the opening of the bilingual class of Saint-Gwen in Vannes, he was elected president of Dihun in 1991.
Having become a technology professor in college, he was taken back to the border at the start of the 1991 academic year, so he left his post at Dihun but remained attached to the fight for Brittany by joining the CUAB, on behalf of KSG, of which he became President in 1995 succeeding Jean CEVAER.
1995 is also the return to Brittany, to Vannes to follow the first transfer of the D.U. of Breton language and culture. He also returned to the offices of Dihun Mor-Bihan (treasurer from 1995 to 2000) and Dihun Breizh (vice-president from 1995 to 1999, then president from 1999 to 2000).

Since 2000, he has run several publishing houses on the subject of Brittany (Hiziv an Deiz, Sevel e Vouezh, ...)
