Le Garrec Toussaint

Toussaint Le Garrec, born in Kergrist-Moelou on 7th September 1862 and died in Morlaix on 18th March 1939, was a bailiff in Plouigneau, then justice of the peace in Taulé. He was a bard, a poet and author of plays in the Breton language.
